PGN’s Response to the Incident on Jalan Sisingamangaraja, Medan

Medan – In response to the incident near Jalan Sisingamangaraja in Medan on Monday, January 15, 2024, Area Head of PGN Medan, Saeful Hadi, confirmed that PGN’s Emergency Response Team has carried out necessary measures to address and secure the gas infrastructure in the vicinity. Currently, gas supply services to customers remain uninterrupted and operational.

PGN is collaborating with local authorities to conduct an investigation into the cause of the incident, which occurred near PGN’s gas infrastructure.

“We extend our gratitude to residents for promptly providing information about the incident. This enabled PGN’s Emergency Response Team to swiftly mobilize to the site, undertake handling and securing efforts for the gas infrastructure, and work alongside relevant authorities to ensure the safety of the surrounding community,” said Saeful Hadi.
