More Integrated, Gas Bill Payments Now Available via MyPertamina App

Jakarta (09/09/2024) – PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk (PGN), as the Gas Subholding of Pertamina, has strengthened its synergy with PT Pertamina Patra Niaga (PPN), the Commercial & Trading Subholding, through a partnership for gas bill payments via the MyPertamina app. PGN, together with PPN, has fulfilled customer expectations for expanding payment channels for gas bills, while also supporting Pertamina's goal to enhance synergy and collaboration among its Subholdings.

The partnership was formalized through the signing of a Cooperation Agreement by PGN President Director Arief Setiawan Handoko and PPN President Director Riva Siahaan. The signing was witnessed by Pertamina’s Logistics & Infrastructure Director Alfian Nasution and PGN's Commissioner Amien Sunaryadi during the celebration of PGN’s 59th Anniversary.

“PGN continues to strengthen its digitalization efforts in product and service development. Previously, we integrated the call center services with Pertamina Call Center 135, managed by PPN, so that all Pertamina Group customers receive the same call center services. This collaboration involves PGN and PPN to utilize the MyPertamina app for PGN customer services,” said PGN President Director Arief Setiawan Handoko.

Not limited to just gas bill payments, the MyPertamina app is expected to serve as an effective sales and marketing platform and create digital value transactions. The app also provides customers with information about their past gas bills.

“PGN also wants to show appreciation to customers by offering loyalty programs within the MyPertamina app, such as reward points. This program is aimed at positively impacting customer loyalty in using PGN gas and their commitment to using the MyPertamina app,” explained Arief.

Gas bill payments via the MyPertamina app will make it more convenient for over 556,320 households and 2,017 small business customers to meet their payment obligations. Monthly gas bills are usually sent via email or can be viewed through the PGN Mobile app or MyPertamina, or by contacting Pertamina Call Center 135 starting from the 6th of each month.

The payment period for PGN’s gas bills is from the 6th to the 20th of each month. Gas bill payments are now possible through various payment channels, including the MyPertamina app, ATMs (Mandiri, BNI, BRI, BCA, BTN, BSI, CIMB, Bank Lampung), Payment Agents (PPOB), Pos Indonesia, Pegadaian, Indomaret, Alfamart, Alfamidi, DanDan, e-commerce (Tokopedia, Mitra Tokopedia, Blibli, and Shopee), and e-Wallets (Gopay, DANA, and LinkAja).

Throughout 2023, PGN’s Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) was categorized as excellent. The collaboration with the C&T Subholding is a joint effort to maintain and improve the best services and create an excellent customer experience.
