PGN Pipeline in Kuningan South Jakarta Back to Normal, Gas Service Restored

Jakarta (08/08/2024) – Pertamina Gas Subholding, PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk (PGN), has completed the permanent repair work on the gas pipeline network on Jl. HR. Rasuna Said, Kuningan Timur, Setiabudi, South Jakarta, last night. The repair process went smoothly, and the gas flow through the pipeline network, as well as the conditions of the crossing in the area, have returned to normal operation.

This repair was part of PGN's efforts to address a pipeline leak that occurred on August 7, 2024, caused by third-party activities during the excavation of other utilities.

"We immediately took security and repair measures regarding this situation. We would like to inform you that by 10:55 PM WIB last night, the work was completed. We would like to thank all stakeholders for their cooperation and coordination, as well as the public for their support in helping us resolve this issue," said Fajriyah Usman, Corporate Secretary of PGN.
